“The energy of life entering and leaving your body flows evenly throughout the universe. With that current, the mind of the cosmos communicates with all things.”

Thought Field Therapy (TFT) is a SIMPLE, QUICK and extremely POWERFUL technique that gets right to the root of emotional, and often physical problems, to clear stress, anxiety, phobias and much more.
The founder and developer of TFT, psychologist Roger J. Callahan, PhD says: “Thought Field Therapy is the study of the structure of thought fields and the body’s energy system as they pertain to the diagnosis and treatment of psychological problems.”
Also known as The Callahan Techniques TFT, is the pre-cursor to EFT and other tapping therapies.
TFT utilises the same energy system used in acupuncture, but without the needles. It capitalises on the body’s powerful energy system to relieve the emotional distress associated with most psychological problems.
The tapping, which occurs at the endpoints of different energy meridians. It brings the energy needed to activate a healthy flow of electromagnetic energy throughout the body’s system and thus brings relief to numerous maladies.
