How a Vision Board Will Help You To Create Your Ideal Life

A vision board is a time proven technique that helps you to define and focus on your hopes, goals and dreams. Many people believe that Vision boarding has its roots in the Law of Attraction, however, Native cultures have been using this technique for centuries as a ritual that helps to focus and refocus the mind.

There are subtle ways to build an effective board, that not only allows you to dream about your future but to create it with the power of guided intention.

Psychologists believe that you can command the magnetic force of attention by selectively choosing to pay attention to the things you want while rejecting the things you don’t. Whatever you feel about it, it is true that when you put your attention on something, you tend to experience more of it.

  1. Great post, I agree that we need a vision board as it helps us to define and focus on our hopes, goals and dreams 🙂

The Law of Attraction really works, but reflects our dominant and most practiced thoughts. We can’t spend 5 minutes on a new thought and 23 hours and 55 minutes thinking the old thoughts and have anything change. A vision board will definitely help to get a positive focus all day long. I know that there are virtual visions boards available, but I believe that a physical vision board will do better because it’s easier to keep it in a place where we always see it.

    • Shanna. Thank you for your great comment. I agree, physical boards are more effective as you put more of your energy, thought and time into creating them, and because placing them on the wall, especially where you can see them just before and after meditation is a great way to prime your mind for manifestation.
