At the strike of 3:20 p.m. on Feb. 10, the Water Snake rules.

This year of the Water Snake is most significant because it falls on the first year of the dawning of the Age of Aquarius, which began on Dec. 22, 2012, the first day of the new Mayan calendar based on its Long Count of 5,125 years.

So says best selling author George Sison in his revealing and informative article on the Chinise Year for the Water Snake.

It is a time for forgiveness, and with that in mind he recommends that everybody forgives everyone that needs forgiveness from them. He reminds us that we should include ourselves in that number.

He also says that once we have done this, that we can expect all kinds of blessings to unfold in our lives.

Now I don’t know about you but the idea of unfolding blessings showering themselves upon me sounds pretty awesome. And I’m not ashamed to share that my solar plexus is already shimmering in expectation of great things to come.

The year of the Snake is also a year of reflection

You should be, planning for and seeking answers that came to the surface during the Year of the Dragon, I am looking forward to revelations that lead to greater understanding of my past – allowing me to put a line under it and move gracefully forward with a sense of completion and confidence.
