There are several natural laws by which we are all bound, and the law of attraction is just one of these.
Breakthrough Physicists are proving that these attraction laws definitely exist. The law of attraction it seems is as valid as the law of gravity (another natural law) and you can see the law of gravity in action every time you drop something and watch it fall to the ground.
So, how does the law of attraction work?
Thoughts and emotion have energy, and energy has a resonance or vibration (just like the sound of a bell ringing). This the law states that what is brought into your life matches the resonance or vibration of the thoughts and energy you are sending out. In simple terms, the law of attraction works by making sure that ‘like attracts like’.
Everything in the universe is made of energy- including us.
Everything you can see is made up of different formation of energy. If you were to look at your hand through a very powerful microscope, you would be able to see that your hand is not actually a solid object. We are in fact configured by countless tiny atoms.
These atoms are never static. Just as clouds can never be still, so the atoms that make up your body and energy fields are compelled to be in a constant state of motion (energy). Even your thoughts, feelings and emotions, when seen at this quantum level, have both form and motion.
Thus you are a being of light, sound and energy constantly radiating your vibration out to the universe.
Your emotional thought energies are known as vibrations and they resonate at a particular frequency. The type or frequency of energy you emit and put out will depend on your physical and emotional state at that particular time. Because ‘like-attracts- like’ you automatically attract, and become a magnet for anything that is on the same vibrational frequency.
Put simply, the state of your emotions and thoughts determine what you draw to yourself. You attract whatever you (and you subconscious mind) think about, especially when the thought is charged with emotions.

So, having watched the video you can see how energy vibrates at different frequencies. Thoughts have a frequency, and the things you attract into your life are vibrating at the same frequency as you and your thoughts.
Thoughts such as love, excitement and abundance vibrate at a particularly high frequency. When you resonate at the frequency of love, you will attract more love and loving experiences to you.
The same is true about the emotions and thoughts that create stress, anger and confusion. They vibrate at denser or lower frequency. Lower frequencies dampen down or smother the frequency of love. As a consequence, you stop vibrating within the frequency range of love.
You begin to vibrate within the frequency range of stress, fear, anger. And as like-attracts-like, you can see how it is that you will automatically begin to attract more stressful experiences into your life.
For example, if you are constantly feeling anxious because your car needs repairs and you have some large bills due which you don’t know how you will pay, the thought vibrations you are giving out will attract back to you events and experiences that resonate on a similar frequency to anxiety; thus, by default, you will start to encounter, and live through more things to feel anxious about..
On the other hand, if you are feeling good about yourself and happy with life, then the thought vibrations you are giving out will attract more reasons for you to feel good and happy with your life.
Just as the law of gravity is always working, the law of attraction is also always working, even though we are not always aware of it.
Without exception, everything we currently have in our lives right now is what we attracted or created – whether it is poor relationships, ill health or lack of money or the reverse. Even the clothes you wear and the car you drive- have been created by your thoughts. Your vibration and the choices you have made have attracted them to you, whether you were aware of it at the time or not.
Although this idea may seem a little harsh or depressing, understanding the law of attraction really us incredibly empowering. How?
Well, if you unconsciously attracted things you didn’t want into your life, now that you know about the law of attraction and how it works, you can actively and consciously change your vibration to start deliberately attracting the things you do want.
And the great thing is that it really is as simple and elegant as that.
